I started dieting on November 11, 2006 and now it's December 13, 2006, when I first started dieting I weight 230 pounds at 5 feet 8, now I weight 192 pounds. Is that normal to lose 40 more pounds in a month? My diet plan is very simple, in the morning I have a light wheat bread with 1 slice of turkey breast meat and an apple. In the afternoon, I just ate a non fat low calorie yogurt about 60, and during night time I ate some steam vegetable without any oil. I will drink 8 glasses of water and 2oz of soy milk no sugar. Do you think it's normal? Am I eating too little? I want to lose up to 140 pounds. I am doing 1 hour of exercise everyday, burning 560 calories a day, is that okay? One more question, how many calories is a cup of small starbucks black coffee with half of sweet N low?
