    You included catfish... I am curious as, unlike the rest of the noted ocean fish, catfish is a bottom feeding fresh water fish and as such is not "sea" food.  Then what about the other fresh water fish...trout, large and small mouth bass, etc.?  They since they would not have been exposed to ocean dumping of chemical wastes, they would also be low in mercury...but what about Omega 3?
