    Thank you for such a complete an informative SharePost. I like the fact that you've focused on a person creating their own "plan" for a healthy and successful diet. Basically, health and fitness - for the long run - is simply based on a healthy diet and regular exercise. From here, there are thousands of ways a person can create his or her own "mix" that fits best - the options for good health are endless! Thanks for pointing this out.
