I am currently getting in to loosing come extra pounds for this summer, and would like to know about substitutes. I just CAN NOT seem to change the habit of using butter and salt on everything. So, my question is this. Is using calorie free spray butter (sparingly of course) and "imitation" Salt going to sabotage all my healthy eating? Im not using on all foods, just eggs & oatmeal and such. Thanks so much!
