I am sure there are many like me who would love to be able to walk more. I have spine problems and have to walk with a walking stick. I walk for about 50 yards and then rest and then carry on. Can do this for quite a while. I am desperately overweight despite being careful about what I eat.
Perhaps a personal trainer is the answer. Any ideas anyone? I do swim about 4-5 times a week which helps keep me supple.
