Please remove me from this mailing. Almost all the articles I have read give a small piece of info that is useful, but usually known to me and lack deeper more informative detail. In this article for instance, wouldn't it have been useful to mention the Omentum fat that causes so much belly protrusion and ill health? Mention of how certain foods increase this fat would have been useful. References to serious articles on the topic would be good.
