I couldn't agree more that fitness should be high on our list of priorities.  As we get older get married have kids and/or begin to excel in our professions, we usually give little thought to fitness until we get a stern warning from our physicians or we look into the mirror one morning and say wait a minute, hold-up, what's all of this, what's going on here.  However, even after that experience that gives you a real reason to exercise, we still allow other things and people to usurp our workouts.  One reason this happens is because deep down inside, working out is not something we really want to do anyway.  If this is your real reason for not working out, then you need to work on becoming more discipline, but if you are distracted from your workouts because you truly believe that you have to address matters that are more important and this happens on a regular basis, then this phrase may help you put some of those so call higher priorities into perspective: "You cannot help anyone else, if you are sick or unhealthy yourself".

L.A. Online Fitness (www.laonlinefitness.com) is now making it easier and more affordable than ever for people all over the world to improve upon their fitness by offering 8 personal training sessions per month for just $25 per month, which is less than $4 per session.
