This makes so much sense.  I think the key word here is momentum.  I have previously heard to start small and make 1 change at a time.  Baby steps.  However, I did not connect with the momentum idea.  The picture of the snowball said it all.

Thanks! You hit the nail on the head! If you look at the word momentum it's most prominent word is "moment" defined as a very brief portion of time. Like you pointed out momentum is like the effect as seeing on the snowball picture. You take all these brief moments of progress and roll them into one huge unstoppable force. Start creating your momentum plan and use my 1-2 formulae as a guide.
