Jack Canfield in his bestselling book "The Success Principles" talks about taking 100% responsibility for your life. He says "if you want to succeed you must take 100% responsibility for everything you do." I feel this should include your body & your health.
Taking 100% responsibility is to stop making excuses and to start being proactive. This means we should stop shifting blame to our parents, friends, metabolism, age, lack of money or doctors for our physical body. This responsibility lies with us and the best way to start is by diligently reading and understanding food labels.
