The average intake just for your typical Thanksgiving meal is about 4,000 calories. It's really no surprise because it's a holiday of indulgence with a lot of the dishes being high fat and high sugar content foods. The problem is that most folks will keep all this food
and keep eating like its Thanksgiving everyday.

Thanksgiving Left Overs Can Be Responsible
For Extra Weight Gain During The Holidays
It's not a good idea to keep gobbling up some of your aunt's famous pumpkin pie every single day until Christmas. Trust me, your waistline will cry foul! My opinion, best to give away or dispose of your Thanksgiving leftovers, this way, you are not tempted to keeping stuffing your face, for the next week or so.
