    People want more than the feel good approach to fitness. THey want numbers. So give them numbers so them ow they are getting in better shape by the amount of volume they can produce in a specific time. ( def of power)

     

    That way you can show them they are getting in better shape, and if they want to lose weight, then they need to eat less!!

    Keep the finger pointed on them!!
