It will be my pleasure to inform others about how I have reached heights towards eating well and exercising. I realized that you cannot just do one -- exercise is a big advantage when getting in shape.
I will share my endeavours of how exercise has helped me so much. It was a plus when reaching my goals.

I enjoyed your article and I agree whole heartedly. I have spent a lot of money on products that did not work, or popping pills that possibly could hurt my health in the long run.
I had to chuckle because I thought of something. When I was much younger I always wanted to cook desserts. I tried for over 40 years and crossed my fingers. Well, 40 years have gone by and I still can't make dessert. I changed the pots I used, changed the cooking utensils, changed the products I used for new ones, and guess what! It never worked.
I tried lots of fat-reducing products, whey protein, changed gyms and thought it would be cheaper; but they are all approximately the same.
After many years of reflection I decided to make my own gym at home. I have everything I need here. I have a stationery bike, an elastic band, weights for my personal needs. I just love it. What even better, you can find great buys for what you need. I have a great view out my window. Carry an ipod, have a DVD player, play some good music while I do my workout. Somtimes I do Salsa exercises. Try to cover all the basis.
I wanted to let viewers know, that it doesn't have to cost a lot to make your own gym at home and stay healthy.
