There is a very interesting article published by Best Life Magazine on what regular folks can learn from arguably the worlds busiest and probably the most stressed person in the world. So if you were to sit down for a 1-on-1 interview with Barack Obama and ask him how he stays in shape, then these are the tips I believe he would give you in your pursuit of healthiness.
Commitment = Results
I love the quote from Tony Robbins "success leaves clues" meaning that we only have to study those folks who are truly outstanding at what they do and just copy their habits. Successful people share some very common habits like the habit of not making excuses.
One of our most common excuses I hear is "I'm just a busy person" and whenever I hear those words it always means a lack of priorities. Because whatever we consider not important is what are too busy to find time for. If President Obama the busiest person in the world finds the time to train for 45 minutes a day 6 days a week, surely we can do it too!
