     Good report by Men's Health magazine,thanks. For fast-food ,conveince, decent restroom most times I like Burger Kings veggie burger meal deal.

      Also I notice that this report is far more informative easier to read then most health charities and the gov.

    Thanks for posting the article... Luckily I don't really like fast food but for some of the restaurants like Chili's and Checy's it was nice to have some "survival" tips for ordering!

    People have been finding ways to reduce weight.One can be a good diet. Others like exercise. As long as there is discipline, then one can get what he deserves. Of course some would prefer hcg phoenix injections
