There are no exercises that you can do to reduce neck size, only burning fat generally. If you have a lot of hormonal receptors around the neck, then you may be able to modulate these hormones to reduce their fat-storage activity. If you can find any Poliquin Biosignature practitioners near to you, I would definitely suggest making an appointment.

Other than that, resolving the sleep apnea is vital as poor sleep has a massive effect on stress levels and therefore your metabolism in general. Do you smoke or drink alcohol regularly? Any medications?

Thank you for the reply.  I've had a couple of sleep studies done in the last two weeks, and will begin using a bi-PAP machine next week.  I'm hopeful that, once it relieves my apnea, my metabolism will increase and I won't be so tired all the time, which will lead to getting out more and having more energy.  I need to drop about 40 lbs, which I'm sure I can do because I only gained it in the last year and a half, but I know my neck will still be big...I guess I'll just have to live with that.
