      <title>Post-workout meals and muscle confusion</title>
      <description>I work out in the afternoon and have decided to take boxing. I usually spend anywhere from an hour to two hours with weights and the boxing session is an hour to an hour and a half. Would it be more beneficial for me to consume my post-workout meal after my workout session as soon as possible? Or would it not really make a difference if I eat after my boxing session?
