Hello there. Im a 20 years old student who used to be 25 kg more.
I am 1.75m tall and weith about 67kg. I dont have any problem with my weight but i down want to lose more. The problem is that I am stack with too much fat on my body (legs and love handles) and I want to get rid of it without losing weight. I watch out the fats I eat and started cardio training. What should I look out for in my everyday meals? I am eating turkey most of the daysm without a trace of oil.
