how do I know what kind of plan I should try?

I feel like I am letting myself down because I have been under ALOT of stress lately and feel that is why I have put back on some of my weight. How do I find a diet to do and KEEP it OFF!

HI,

 

I have been changing the way I eat, and honestly it has worked out for me. I eat 1200 calories a day eating every 3 hours. I am going to try and make out a rough sketch of what I eat and send it to you. I have tried ewvery "diet" and nothing has made me lose weight like this method. I have lost 43 pounds since September of 08 and i took a little break during the holidays..
