How to do aerobics?

Hi,

    I'm Venkatesh from India. I have a tredmil at my home. I want to lose 15 kg as soon as possible. I have unwanted fats in my body. How to lose fat by doing aerobics? How long should I run daily? I'm now doing 45 mins aerobics. Please reply to my id: djvenkatesh_2007@yahoo.co.in

First off, 45 minutes of aerobic activity is a great start.  Like, REALLY great start!  Now you have to maintain your activity and remember that weight loss isn't just about working out.  Make sure you are eating a healthy diet and getting all the nutrients your body needs!
