Lean Cuisine, owned by Nestlé Prepared Foods, is recalling almost 900,000 pounds of frozen chicken dinners after reports from consumers that pieces of blue plastic were found in the food. There was one report of injury. The frozen dinners can be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund. The following products are being recalled:

A spokesperson for Nestlé has said that the contamination has been traced back to a single lot of raw ingredients shipped to the Lean Cuisine factory.
