Ok, so recently I have discovered acupressure and am crazy about it. I just bought a Prickly Pad which is like a do-it-yourself version and it is amazing to relieve my muscle pains and stiffness after a work out. For those not concerned about money, acupuncture is also a great cooldown once a week or so after a strenous workout week. I haven't had joints this young in quite a while!


Ahh.. quite amazing isn't it. The body loves to be touched, same reason we quickly grab any part of our body that is in pain. The right amount of pressure to our bodies has a wonderful relaxing effect. enjoy... and don't forget about the exercise
