Hi, Hips are hereditary in my family, is there any way to reduce them? I hate looking like an hour glass!

I'd recommend belly dancing and stair-based aerobics. Both of these will help tone that area. On the other hand. If you're already fit you should embrace your hourglass. The hourglass shape sends a subconcious signal that attracts men. It telegraphs fertility to them. You probably have noticed this you sexy babe!

Embrace your hourglass, you could be a weeble-wobble like me!

Big hips also run in my family, and so do Small Busts!

The combination makes the hips look Even Bigger than yours do,

I'm sure!! I personally would LOVE to have an hourglass shape.

On another note, I find women with tiny, flat behinds and ridiculously

small hips to be Highly Unnatractive- Sorry if that is you by nature,

in that case it is not your fault and do get some of those padded

underpants from Fredricks---lol! Cool For me, I fantasize about what

my 5' 2" short and slightly weeble-wobbly figure --at a very average -for a taller woman!- 130 lbs.---would look like if I had either slimmer hips, or a bigger bust.

Not one into the idea(or wasteful cost) of surgery, I make do with my padded bras

and a focus on natural health and trying to keep slim by cutting out chips and soda,

sugar and fries and breads- all in moderation, of course. I stopped doing this after I had my 3rd child, and just ate whatever I wanted (usually that was something salty or bread-y) until my daughter was two and a half, and I put on 13 pounds!!

Oh how I simutaneously hate you and love you, salt, sugar  and bread!

I think belly dancing sounds like fun. I also like to roller skate and go hiking. I need to get out more to do these things with just my oldest child and I ; he likes to do all of these things too( well except the belly dancing! ) , it couldn't hurt him to get the activity in from a hike, skating or a bike ride more often, and we could use the one on one time together- I need to lose weight too!

Ok, rant over- Promise. Foot in mouth
