Just Beginning

is it best to exercise before or after eating? how long before or after? what is the best foods to eat at that time? and I do know exercise is important but if you cant find the time to do any exercise what is the best diet to lose weight quickly and keep it off and also I have a large protruding and droopy stomach due to being overweight as well as multiple pregnancies, is it possible to shrink and tighten those muscles without surgery?
