I have lost myself

I was recently just surfing the net and I saw a BMI calculator. I thought " well, let's just see how over weigth I am". To my utter shock and surprise, I am in the obese cateogry. I found more calculators and found that they all say the same thing. Eventhough I am not the media's stereotypical obese person, I am to big for my britches. All my life I have been the girl that men love to flock to, now I feel like I am not worth looking at. I don't feel sexy and I can not look in the mirror when I'm naked.

I have no sex drive anymore. I feel lousy and lazy. For a 25 yr old woman, this is a catastrophe!. So, today I am joining Health central. This is a new day and a new begining that I WILL make a success. I will look in the mirror and love who I am!
