Yummy Nutrition!

Take as many of your favorite fruits as you want and add abot 3/4 cup of milk and blend it together to make a totally healthy (and yummy) fruit shake.

Since I don't do dairy, soy milk is a great substitue~ Keep eating those fruits!!!
