How can I stimulate weightloss despite having a low thyroid function? My diet is mostly grean vegetables, proteins, and I struggle with carbs particularly sugar cravings. Exercises seem to bulk me up despite my cardio efforts. My frustrations causes me to go in and out of depression. Consequently, I struggle to keep my energy levels up by taking vitamin B complex along with 45 ml of Armour thyroxin. Please share your experiences with me...I need help.
