Hello, I am 14 years old and 4"11. I wigh about 85. I get picked on a lot and people call me anorexic. I know this isn't true, and I shouldn't let it get to my head.     Now, before I tell you anything else, REMEMBER!!! Just as your getting teased for being skinny, there is some girl out there getting teased for being fat. To build up muscle, I suggest you take a martial art, perferably kung fu. I  take kung fu and it ROCKS!!! You can still continue your work outs at home but drink some protein drinks and eat sumthin with protein. I am 12 and I have a lot of stick friends too. Unfourtunately, I am not one of those people. My username is Zena, please answer some of my questions and talk to me.

    Thank you for your response. I am not complaining that I am skinny, but I am worried.

    I do not think I have the time for martial arts. My question was about something I can do as a routine and work it into my busy schedule.
