I'm a married mother of two and I have two cats. I started exercising and watching my weight on January 1, 2009. I started off weighing 273lbs. and I am not down to 232.5lbs. I have been doing South Beach Diet and I am in phase II. I got an exercise bike from my family (that's what I asked for..begged for) and I ride it six days a week. I am burning about 200 calories on the bike. I really like the results I am getting and I'm in no hurry to lose the weight to fast. I am going to a life style change not just a diet.
