I live a simple and healthy life, raised four children, stay fit and active on our acreage caring for our dogs, cats, and horses. I never gained excessive weight due to the fact that I don't like junk or processed food and I prefer to be active. I like to show people how to get to their ideal weight and fitness level. I teach by example. My sister was very overweight a year and a half ago...she then began to do what I do, ate what I ate, and she lost over 100 pounds! No gastric bypass, no strict diet; exercise was gardening, horsekeeping and walking. I do not believe in "dieting", but instead recognizing what calories are(fuel for the body) and that when we eat too many they are stored as fat. It is all math.
