I have decided that the year 2008 is going to be a new beginning for me. I have fought with my weight for years now. I think my biggest problems have been doing too much at one time and i have decided to slow it down a bit. I am a member of a group called "winning weighs" It is a meeting kind of like weight watchers and i truly enjoy the topics that we discuss in class. Just having the accountability of other members in the class is a real encouragement for me. I just want to be able to live a healthy life and to just stay in shape. I recently recieved "dance revolution" and i love that game but it is also a form of exercise.
