1. 1.     Eligibility. The Q3 RHL Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.  Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Remedy Health Media LLC (”Sponsor”), Vocus Social Media, LLC. ("Platform Administrator") and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies and anyone involved in the development, production, distribution of materials for, and coordination of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

1. 2.     Timing. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 17, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 5, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  Platform Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

1. 3.     How to Enter.

Facebook Method of Entry.  During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Sponsor’s Facebook page, located at http://www.facebook.com/HealthCentral and click on the “Win a Free Trip to Hawaii” tab.  Click on the “like” button and then click "Enter Now" order to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Enter the required information, which includes your name, zip code, email and phone number.  Review and agree to the Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, then click submit.  After submitting the required information, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. 

Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry.  To enter the Sweepstakes without online access, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it to: Q3 RHL Sweepstakes, Remedy Health Media, LLC, 500 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1900, New York, NY 10110.  Mail-in entries must pot marked no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
