      <title>Improve my stamina </title>
      <description>Hiya there,I am 19 years old male and weigh 9&amp;frac12;, however I am not fit at all. When I walk up a hill I will be huffing and puffing, even when I play football(2 times a month), I will be tired in 4/5 minutes!(and so will just go in nets).&amp;nbsp;However to improve my stamina (not loose weight) so I can at least last a whole game of football I have joined my University gym for a year&amp;#39;s membership. I have been for two days, but do not know...</description>
