Once you make these changes and you don't see any results take it a step further. Add more fiber. Eat fruit that contains less sugar. How many calories are you eating. You said you are eating several meals a day. what foods are you actually eating?

Also, you have not mentioned your intake of protein and the omega 3 oils - regular intake of both are very important.
The other major obstacle that I see regularly is high stress levels. Your body's stress hormone, cortisol, is notorious for blocking the fat-burning process.

Okay, First of all the weight you have is water weight (since you are drinking 3L a day!)
Second of all, what you are losing in weight, yuo are gaining in muscle. So really it is the new muscle you are gaining that is making you weight so much. Lastly, you should NOT work the same muscles two days in a row! It is not good for you. You should do a different routine every other day. Hope this could help!
