I am a procrastinator when it comes to health and exercise. While i do watch what i eat (portion, content etc), exercise is somthing i have problem sticking to. I am very busy, and find it hard to find the time. Usually by the time i get home...i am tapped out. Another problem is my attitude. I tend to put my work adn family before myself, which i know is not good.
I need to find an exercise regime (plus weights - coz i heard they are good) that i can follow....and lose weight. I am too heavy to be healthy. Help!
