I need to lose 25lbs in order to keep my job!

 I am a soldier in the U.S. Army I am 18y/o, I'm 64" tall, and I weigh 165lbs. I have a very slow metabolism, I excersize daily, and eat no fried or greasy food(though my portion control needs to be improved). On average I run about 4 miles a day and minimal muscular training for excersize. I need to lose 25lbs ASAP in order to meet the Army's weight requirements. Can you please give me easy recipe ideas. And a better physical work out plan for my body?
