I think the tenets of this advice are great... but I've already come to these conclusions. What would be helpful are some motivating "next steps." Perhaps there could be a follow-up column on how to implement these suggestions... maybe some examples from people who've had some success incorporating them into a "mommy-lifestyle". When do they find time? What were there first steps?
