    Found your advice to be encouraging. Why spend dollars on diets when you can find your own way to do this simply by going abou it "the old-fashion way." And what a good question a blogger writes: Dr. Haines, I, too, am interested in  how many pounds one can lose in a healthy way. Thank you.
