Hello, my name is Amanda and i am 12 years old. I'm 4'11 and 96-97 pounds. Sometimes when I look in the mirror I feel good about myself, and sometimes I just feel bad about myself and my stomach mostly! When I sit down my stomach feels so flabby and it layers (if you know what I mean.) with fat. I'm definitely not fat when I stand up, it's when I sit down I'm so uptight. Could you explain to me if I am being too hard on myself and some excersices I could do to improve and tighten my waist? Thanks!
