At my highest weight of 238lbs I was miserable and got out of breath climbing two flights of stairs. In 2002 I joined weight watchers and have lost over 70lbs and kept it off for 3 years. I would like to lose 15 more pounds but I'm currently only getting 1250 calories/day and I've heard dropping below this 1250 is not nutritionally sound. I'd like some advice on how to lose the final 15 pounds! I go to the gym for 30 - 45 minutes 4 - 5 days a week and do the elliptical and core ball and lift weights.
