I am so frustrated with my inability to lose weight that it's completely getting in my head and ruining my everyday life. I want to feel good about myself, but putting in the effort doesn't seem to work. Usually I eat at most 1500 calories a day, I run between 15-25 miles a week, walk at least 2 m...

250-300 calories of snacks, whether healthy or not, before bed is not going to help you lose weight. Calories are calories, whether they are good for you calories or bad for you calories. CUT OUT THE SNACKING. Plus, if you are tring to lose the weight, but it's not coming off, then 1500 calories is too much.
Eating after 6 is also a no-no.
Losing weight and getting in shape is 70% diet, 10% genetics and 20% exercise.
Start keeping a food journal. It really works. Write down everything you eat, plus the time that you are eating it. Cut back on the food intake earlier than you have been, if you can. A snack should be a piece of fruit or a handful of almonds; no more than that. Make sure that your diet is rich in proteins and whole grains. Above all else, cut out that small meal [that you are calling a snack] before bedtime.
Good luck!!
