    My picks:

For Lunch -- Subway. Get the double meat 6"turkey with veggies. Dress with hot peppers and vinegar. Hold the cheese, mayo, oil, etc.

For Dinner -- Old Country buffet or other buffet place. Seems counterintuitive, but you just have to treat the buffet spread like your pantry. Yes, it is easily possible to overdo, but it is just as easily possible to load up on salad, white fish, fresh fruit and veggies.

    Cathy,

I am disappointed that you were unable to get a Baked Cod Meal at the location you visited. I am equally as disappointed to tell you that in Oklahoma City, where I'm from, they no longer serve Baked Cod Meals at any of the locations. I do, however, delight in telling you that the reason the Baked Cod is no longer served is because they are testing a new "Special Catch" line of products.

I am the manager of a Long John Silver's/A&W multibrand in the Oklahoma City metro and we started testing the "Special Catch" items last year around November. (These items are also available in the Columbus, OH area if anyone is out that direction.) The line includes Grilled Tilapia, Wild Alaskan Salmon, and Grilled Shrimp Skewer options. The meals come with a corn cobbette, vegetables with herbs and seasonings, and a breadstick. There are also soup options (the Broccoli and Cheese is quite tasty) and the entire line is great for those who want to eat healthy with only limited time. If you'd like, I believe I have to nutritional information available and I can forward that to you.

The "Special Catch" line of products will likely be active nationally later this year, so everyone will have a chance to try it.

    Regards,

    Matt

Matt, I would like to see the nutritional information for the Special Catch items.  I have been trying to find it, quite unsuccessfully.

    Thanks,

Matt, I'm a huge fan of the Tilapia! But have also had problems finding nutritional information for it. Could you please forward it to me as well?
