My secret ingredient this week will add zip to almost any sandwich, salad - even breakfast eggs - without adding calories, excess sodium or measurable fat.   Sun-dried tomatoes are packed with the same nutritional goodness as their fresh counterparts - Lycopene, antioxidants and vitamin C....

I, recently, bought some dry sun-dried toms (they aren't packed in any liquid) and have found that they are a great little thing to snack on. So, instead of reaching for the cookies or crackers when my mid-afternoon hunger comes I chew on a few of them and I don't feel guilty!!!!!
