I tried the combination a few years ago and they didn't seem to have any effect .

    Thank you for your SharePost. I'm not sure which exact diet "tip" you are referring to when talking of "ginger and raisins," but both being natural, they tend to be better to add to your diet than many other things - ginger as a healthy spice shown in studies to help fight heart disease, and raisins, although a bit higher in calories, being low in fat and sodium, containing no cholesterol, providing potassium and iron, and a good source of fiber. All things good for all of us.
