    Thanks for your great SharePost. I've often wondered the same thing about "whole" bread myself. With all the brands and variations of wheat and grain breads and other products on the grocery store shelves these days, choosing the most nutritious items can be confusing. I will be sticking with "whole grain" from now on. Thanks much!
