Question: How many grams of sugar should you eat per day?

There are no recommended daily intake levels for sugar and this is because sugar has no nutrition value other than adding calories. It is recommended that all adults limit the amount of sugar that they add to their food as well as limit foods that are high in sugar to prevent weight gain.
