    I'm glad to see you've answered the roasted vs. raw nut question. I've wondered about this as well, and it's good to once again hear that nuts of basically any kind are obviously better snacks than anything processed, such as potato chips (even the "fat free" varieties). I go for nuts that are lightly salted to get just the salty-snack satisfaction I tend to crave. Thank you for your SharePost.

    What makes nuts goods such as almonds and walnuts are the oils in their raw state.  They should also be refrigerated.  Roasted nuts deminished the benefits of the oils that are good for your heart.
