I understand where you are coming from. My situation is that I'm a chef by profession and on my days off do not want to do much cooking at home. Several years ago while living back east I had several clients who I would prepare a weeks' worth of healthy meals on Sunday and deliver them on Monday, some of which were healthy frozen dishes. You may consider preparing your meals ahead of time, or weighing the cost of eating out and look for what is called a Personal Chef to come to your home and prepare a week or two meals for you, ready to heat after work.
