How can you recommend corn and safflower oils when they, too, are loaded with Omega 6's?  And all we are learning about Omega 6's and breast cancer, heart disease, etc.????

I have heard that your body can only use so grams of protein, carbs and fat per meal.  I have read that for my size I can only process 25 grams of protein, 45 of grams of carbs (unsure of fat) per meal, anything more will be stored as fat. Any truth to this?
