    Good to see you point out the benefits of a healthy bowl of cereal anytime of the day, not just for breakfast. I've found breakfast foods - cereals, fruits, whole wheat toast, etc. - to be very satisfying and a great way to eat healthy at other mealtimes as well.


    And speaking of "quick" eating, it's important to eat healthy snacks between meals, too. This keeps your metabolism going and the calories burning - not to mention doing your energy level good. Eating (the right way) is a good thing.
