This is probably the most unusal question youve been asked, when growing up in the 60's chicken wings and necks were givng away and my dad always boiled them and we would eat them hot or cold, when I mention to my friends Im having boiled chicken/wings they make fun of me, so my question is.....if I eat the skin of the chicken after its been cooked is that not better than having them deepfried?. I could sit down and eat a package of boiled chicken wing skin and all. my main concern is the skin.
